For best results, wash and condition your hair 4-5 times a week, each time massaging to stimulate the follicles and leaving the product on your hair for 3-4 minutes. This is essential for the formula to work. You only need a small amount the size of a 10p coin of shampoo and a good blob of conditioner. Comb the conditioner through to the ends of your hair before rinsing, ideally you should wash twice and condition once for best results.
Directions for deep conditioning treatments:
For a Deep conditioning treatment apply conditioner and cover hair with a plastic cap or towel. Keep on hair for 15 – 20 minutes. Remove cap or towel and rinse thoroughly.

This is a scalp only treatment and is not to be applied to your hair, To be used as often as you wish in between washes and is twice as strong as the shampoo. It is a leave-in no rinse serum which boosts the effects of the shampoo and conditioner for faster results. Just apply and massage directly to your scalp and not through the lengths of your hair. Perfect for if you don't wash your hair too often. Ideally applied just before bed.
